Liz Truss: It's not fair to have a recession

Prime minister Liz Truss has defended the fairness of tax cuts in last week's mini-budget.

Speaking to Radio Nottingham, she said it wasn't "fair to have a recession" or for people to not "get high paying jobs in the future".
