Refunds for slow planning decisions - chancellor
Jeremy Hunt has announced planning reforms aimed at speeding up decisions on applications.
The chancellor said if councils took too long to decide new schemes would lead to refunds being issued.
In his Autumn Statement, he told MPs: "A prompt service or your money back."
