Dowden blames Chinese groups for two cyber-attacks
The deputy PM said the UK and international partners would expose China for "ongoing patterns of hostile activity".
Oliver Dowden told MPs the government was being as open as possible with Parliament and the public in calling out the behaviour.
He named two cases where Chinese "state-affiliated actors" were behind the targeting of British public bodies.
