Smith Commission: New power over fixed odds betting

The Smith Commission was set up after the referendum to enhance devolution.

Under its recommendations, Scotland would gain control over income tax, air passenger duty and voting rights for 16 and 17 year olds.

BBC Scotland will look at the other powers that are set to be devolved to Holyrood in a series of reports.
