Football fans think the time could be right for Scotland to take something from the Euro 2024 opening clash with Germany.

The tournament's group stage draw took place in Hamburg on Saturday, with Scotland joining Group A alongside hosts Germany, Hungary and Switzerland.

Scotland and Germany supporters attending Hamburg's Christmas market weighed up the form of both teams.

And they said the Tartan Army may have cause to celebrate next summer.
