No waiting times quick fix - Royal College of Surgeons

There are five times as many patients in Wales waiting more than 12 months for surgery compared to four years ago, the Royal College of Surgeons has said.

"The very steep increase in the number of patients waiting longer than a year for treatment is very worrying," said Tim Havard, its regional director.

The Welsh Government said action plans were in place to reduce long waits.
