Woman who died in 'severe' pain at Cardiff home waited 'hours' for ambulance
The husband of a woman who died after waiting more than two hours for an ambulance has spoken out about what happened.
John Whale, from Cardiff, said his wife Maria was suffering “severe” abdominal pain when they dialled 999.
Mr Whale said the family had questioned whether his wife would have lived if help had come sooner.
He added: “I feel a lot of anger that we didn’t get the response that we obviously needed.”
