Neath hit hard by widespread flooding

Parts of Neath in south Wales have been severely affected by flooding following heavy rain on Thursday.

Business and homes in the town were flooded after a culvert collapsed, according to one councillor.

Neath east councillor Dan Thomas said the culvert has collapsed before, and claimed not enough priority has been given to street maintenance.

Neath Port Talbot Council has been asked for comment.
