Atlantic rower: 'Is Michael on board, is he ok?'

The brother of charity Atlantic rower Michael Holt has spoken of the moment he learned his boat had been found.

"I was watching this vessel make its way to Michael's boat minute by minute," he said.

"As soon as it was on location, I called the Cape Verde coastguard.

"I immediately asked: 'Is Michael on board, is he ok?'"

Sadly, Michael, who had type 1 diabetes, was found dead in his cabin by the crew of the fishing vessel that had sailed to his aid.
