Yvette Cooper: 'We can learn from Welsh Labour'

Labour leadership contender Yvette Cooper has said the party should build on its success running the Welsh government.

Visiting the Senedd on Wednesday as part of her campaign, she said the shadow cabinet ought to meet more often in Wales, and invite Carwyn Jones and his ministers to attend its meetings in Westminster.

Ms Cooper, Labour's shadow home secretary, said the party could learn from the "great job" being done in Cardiff Bay.
