How to deal with insomnia

Insomnia is relatively common, with about one in 10 adults suffering from sleep deprivation.

Causes can include stress and anxiety, too much caffeine or alcohol, or uncomfortable beds.

Some people seek professional help, with cognitive behaviour therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) being one course of action.
