Two taken to hospital as car crashes into takeaway
A man and woman have been taken to hospital after a car crashed into a takeaway in Stoke-on-Trent.
The car hit the building on Scotia Road in Burslem, at about 06:00 BST on Sunday morning, according to the ambulance service.
The driver, a man, was treated for serious injuries before being taken to the Royal Stoke Hospital.
The passenger, a woman, was treated for potentially serious injuries and also taken to the Royal Stoke.
