BBC reports from scene as Afghanistan earthquake rescue mission gets under way

Helicopters have been deployed to try and rescue people trapped in difficult to access regions following a deadly earthquake in Afghanistan.

At least 800 people have been killed after a magnitude 6.0 earthquake hit eastern Afghanistan, according to the UN's humanitarian agency.

The BBC's South Asia and Afghanistan correspondent Yogita Limaye reports.
