Ernesto becomes hurricane after battering Puerto Rico
Tropical Storm Ernesto swept through Eastern Puerto Rico causing widespread flooding.
The winds reached 75mph (120 km/h) at the time according to the National Hurricane Center.
The weather front then turned into a Category 1 hurricane after leaving the island as it headed to the British Virgin Islands.
