How Trump lashed out at Europe in his UN speech

The BBC's Nada Tawfik examines US President Donald Trump's speech at the United Nations General Assembly that took aim at opponents and allies. Trump started by praising the United States and himself, saying the US was living through a golden age and repeated his claim that he had personally ended seven wars. The president then turned his criticism towards the UN by questioning its purpose, complaining that it had not helped his peace-making efforts, and even attacked the world body over a broken escalator.
