Harris highlights need for 'peaceful transfer of power'
Kamala Harris has told her supporters to keep fighting in her first speech since losing the 2024 election.
She said she would help president-elect Donald Trump with the transfer of power and added that the results of the election must be respected.
"I know many people feel like we are entering a dark time, but for the benefit of us all, I hope that is not the case," she added.
The BBC's Samira Hussain brought us some analysis of Harris's speech from outside Howard University in Washington DC.
