The oldest surviving victim of the Horizon scandal is angry Post Office minister Gareth Thomas was removed from his post during the recent government reshuffle.
Betty Brown, 92, says she built a relationship with the minister and that is "all lost" now he is no longer in the job.
"Why is time being wasted on bringing another minister up to speed?" questions Ms Brown. After nearly a decade of fighting for compensation, Betty is still waiting for her claim to be settled.
In 1988, Betty and her husband Oswall started running the Post Office in Annfield Plain in Country Durham.
