Survivor recounts moment 'monster' attacked Manchester synagogue
A survivor of the deadly attack at a Manchester synagogue says he saw the attacker "shoulder-charge" the front doors as he sheltered inside.
Alan Levy was inside the Heaton Park synagogue in the city's north on Thursday when police said Jihad Al-Shamie rammed a car into and stabbed worshippers gathering for a service to mark Yom Kippur.
"I saw this great big evil monster shoulder-charging the front doors, trying to bash them down," Mr Levy told the BBC.
"We were saying we're not letting this man in."
Hundreds attended the funeral service on Sunday for Melvin Cravitz, 66, one of the two men killed in the attack.
