Teenager swims Bristol Channel before rugby game

It is certainly one way to warm up before a game of rugby.

Harrison, 15, from Penarth, in the Vale of Glamorgan, swam "non-stop" for more than seven hours to cross the Bristol Channel.

He is one of the youngest ever to complete the more-than-20km (12 mile) swim.

But while most of us might take it easy after such an achievement, Harrison was on the rugby field the following morning.

He admitted it did not go quite as well as the swim.

"I fell asleep on the sideline," he said.
