Six-legged spaniel begins new life at the beach
A puppy born with six legs has started a new life by the sea after having her spare limbs removed.
Ariel - named after a character in Disney's The Little Mermaid - has been adopted by a couple who teach disabled people how to surf.
She was found aged 11 weeks outside a B&M in Pembroke Dock, Pembrokeshire.
The spaniel was initially looked after by a rescue centre near Haverfordwest after her excess appendages partially fused to resemble a mermaid's tail.
The centre was deluged by calls from hundreds of people who wanted to adopt her.
