Watch: Drone video of new station ahead of opening

Aerial pictures showed a new £175m railway station as it prepared to welcome its first passengers.

Beaulieu Park in north Chelmsford is the first to open on the Great Eastern Main Line in 100 years.

Building work on the station, which has three platforms and 700 car parking spaces, began in March 2023.

The first trains are due to arrive there on Sunday.
