Will Wales' students face tuition fees rise?

Tuition fees will rise for university students in England, the UK government's education secretary has announced

Universities have been calling for fees - their main source of income - to rise and ease pressure on their budgets.

While Westminster sets the fees for England, Monday's announcement has left some students in Wales wondering if they will face a price rise as well.
