Ceremony to remember Everest avalanche dead

A remembrance ceremony has been held at Everest's base camp, a year after 16 Sherpas were killed in an avalanche.

Most expeditions up the mountain planned for 2014 were cancelled following the disaster, but climbers are now flocking back to the world's highest point.
