G20: Seeing red over a red carpet

Sometimes at big international summits, it's the small details that matter - the body language, the warmth of a handshake, a comment caught off mic.

And, with the G20 nations meeting in the Chinese city of Hangzhou, one such detail is the subject of much scrutiny by the international media.
