China floods: Rescuers use bulldozers to lift flood victims to safety

Rescuers in Zhengzhou have been using bulldozers and diggers to lift people from flooded streets. Dozens of people have died and thousands have been evacuated in Henan province after record-breaking rainfall caused extensive flooding.

Days of rain have caused widespread damage and lead to 200,000 evacuations. President Xi Jinping said that there had been "significant loss of life and damage to property".
