French president says Kremlin-funded media were "organs of influence" in French election

French President Emmanuel Macron, has accused Russia Today (RT) and Sputnik of being Russian "organs of influence" which spread "falsehoods" during the 2017 French presidential elections.

So are these two Kremlin-funded media organisations guilty of spreading misinformation during the campaign?
