Deputy Anne Pryke said it made sense to think about what Jersey and Guernsey could do together

Jersey and Guernsey's health ministerial teams have met to discuss working together.

The teams, including the health ministers for both islands, met in Guernsey on Tuesday.

They discussed joint working on patient records and on buying in products and services.

Jersey's Health Minister Deputy Anne Pryke said: "If there are any ways we can save money by looking at projects together, this would make sense."

Jersey also updated Guernsey on the health reform plans which were agreed in the States last week.
