Egypt unrest

Cairo's Tahrir - or Liberation - Square has been the focal point for tens of thousands of protesters rallying against the regime of Egypt's President Hosni Mubarak.

Play the slideshow to see changes in the square from the "Day of Departure" opposition protests on 4 February, mass gatherings over the weekend and ongoing daily demonstrations. Tent camps have sprung up around the square and Monday's early morning scene shows graffiti painted by protesters.
