Hancock quizzed over pay increase for NHS workers

The Health Secretary Matt Hancock has refused to say if he has fought for NHS workers to be exempt from a public sector pay freeze.

Despite repeated questioning from BBC Breakfast presenter Naga Munchetty, Mr Hancock said it was a matter for the chancellor.
