Giant cat posters take over London underground station
- Published

This tube station in London has been feline a bit different... It has been taken over by giant cat posters!

An organisation called the Citizens Advertising Takeover Service (or CATS for short!) have put up more than 60 posters around Clapham Common tube station.

They said they wanted to replace all of the advertising posters in the station, with pictures of cats, to provide a peaceful space for travellers, free of adverts.

Even the ticket gates have pictures of cats on them! Purrrrfect!

The cat pictures were sent in by the general public, as well as animal charities like Cats Protection and Battersea Cats Home. We think they're the cats whiskers!
