The Great British Bake Off final is taking place on Tuesday 4 November, and although the last signature, technical and showstopper challenges are a mystery, we can expect them to test our finalists to their limits.
We started with 12 budding bakers, but there are only three left in the competition now, all hoping to go home with the sweetest crown in television.

Jasmine

Jasmine is a medical student from Scotland, and is currently the favourite to win the Bake Off crown.
She's earned a whopping five star bakers, being only the second person ever to get that many in the history of the show.
She's also had two handshakes from notoriously harsh judge Paul Hollywood - although one with the wrong hand!
Aaron

Aaron has been the king of flavour this year, fusing French patisserie with Caribbean flair.
He said at the start of the season that he's always experimenting, more recently with Asian flavours like miso and yuzu, which he used in the semi-final.
He's won star baker once, but has never come out top in a techinical.
Tom

Tom grew up in London and learnt to bake scones and flapjacks alongside his mum and Danish granny, who he's dedicated a number of his bakes to this series.
He's had two Hollywood handshakes, been star baker twice and has won a technical, but has had a rocky couple of weeks where he's been in the running to be sent home.
