The opening ceremony sure went off with a BANG! Check out this epic firework display.

The ceremony had no spectators due to Covid-19 restrictions.

The stadium was jam packed with colourful flags and sports kit from countries around the world!

The athletes wore face coverings during the ceremony due to Covid-19 rules.

The performance was pretty spectacular! Who doesn't love a load of red laser beams bouncing off someone running on a treadmill?!
