VE Day: How are you celebrating?

This month sees big events and celebrations planned to commemorate the 80th anniversary of VE Day - or Victory in Europe Day.
The special occasion will be observed in lots of ways, including with a military parade and flypast in London, street parties across the country and a huge anniversary concert.
King Charles and Queen Camilla will also be hosting a special tea party for people who have served in the armed forces.
So, we want to know what you're doing for it. Have you been learning about VE Day or doing activities at school? Or are you planning something special with friends and family?

Thousands of people gathered in central London to celebrate the news
VE Day marks the day when the war with Nazi Germany in Europe came to an end on 8 May 1945.
Many people were extremely happy that the war had stopped in Europe and there were big festivities and street parties.
VE Day was also a moment of great sadness and reflection, as millions of people had lost their lives or lost loved ones in the conflict.
What is VE Day?
That's why a wide range of events - both celebrating and commemorating - the day are being planned this year for the 80th anniversary.
