The Challenge Cup is the oldest trophy in Rugby League history and dates back to 1896.
Teams take part from England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales and France.
Amateur rugby teams can take part alongside professionals.
There are different rounds and teams in the Super League enter in the later stages.
Last year the St Helens won the women's final and Leigh Leopards won the men's.
What's happening this weekend?
The women's final kicks off at 11:45am before the men's final at 3pm.
There's also the 1895 Cup Final between Sheffield Eagles and Wakefield Trinity and the traditional Champion Schools Final in the morning.
It's set to be a close match in both women's and men's finals.
The same teams are playing in the women's final as last year where St Helens managed a 22-8 victory over Leeds Rhinos.
St Helens are currently top of the Super League table with Leeds Rhinos in 7th place.
Warrington Wolves and Wigan Warriors are both currently in the top four of the Super League table.
Warrington lost to Wigan narrowly by one point on 1 June with the final score 18-19.

He was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease (MND) in 2019. It's a condition that affects the brain and nerves.
The Challenge Cup final will kick off seven minutes late on Saturday as part of tributes to former Leeds Rhinos player Rob Burrow.
Rob played for Leeds Rhinos for 17 years and was one of the most successful Rugby League players in history.
He read a CBeebies Bedtime Story in 2022, and was recently awarded a Gold Blue Peter Badge for raising awareness of MND.
