Taylor Swift announces six-part Eras Tour documentary series

It has been a theory amongst Swifties for a while, but now it has been officially confirmed - Taylor Swift is releasing an Eras Tour documentary.
She announced the six-part documentary series 'The End of an Era' on American TV program Good Morning America.
Shortly after the announcement she posted the trailer to her Instagram account.
It shows everything from endless rehearsals to clips with her friends and family and Taylor with guest performers.

When will the series be out?

The first two episodes of the series will be on Disney + from 12 December.
After that, two episodes will be released each week.
Based on the trailer the documentary will give fans a chance to look behind the scenes on Taylor's Eras Tour from 2023-2024.
Taylor wrote about the decision to make the series on social media: "It was the End of an Era and we knew it. We wanted to remember every moment leading up to the culmination of the most important and intense chapter of our lives.
"So we allowed filmmakers to capture this tour and all the stories woven throughout it as it wound down. And to film the final show in its entirety."
Is there a new film too?

The movie will include the additional segment of the show - The Tortured Poets Department set
As well as the docu-series Taylor also announced a new concert film titled Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour – The Final Show.
The film features footage from her last performance on the Eras Tour in Vancouver, Canada.
Like the first episodes of the documentary this will be available on Disney + from 12 December.
