Eager fans waiting for new gaming devices is nothing new
Game said in a statement on its website: "We understand how disappointing this is, especially for those who have been eagerly awaiting their order."
The Switch 2 has already already been criticised by some fans because of the price of some of its games - with a boxed edition of Mario Kart World costing £74.99.
But, it isn't all doom and gloom for those still wanting to get their hands on a Nintendo Switch 2.
Other shops have some stock, and some are even opening their shop at midnight for both click-and-collect and limited walk-in customers.
