In England alone there are 65,000 children in care. Last year only one in 20 found a family to adopt them according to the Government.

Adoption is a big issue at the moment with question marks about how long it takes kids to be placed with new parents.

Even when that does happen it can take a long time for them to be adopted.

The government said just last month that the adoption process had to be more simple and faster.

Leah has been finding out what its like to be one of those children in care waiting for a family?
