Ade Adepitan's paralympic story

Training to be a paralympian takes years of dedication and hard work but ever wondered how these top athletes started out?

Ade Adepitan used to play wheelchair basketball for Great Britain- he grabbed bronze in the 2004 Athens Games.

His paralympic journey hasn't been easy- he's had to change his own perception of disabled people to get to the top of his sport.

This year Ade will be one of the many voices behind the Paralympic coverage.
