Union J meet kids from military families

Thousands of kids in the UK have a family member working in war zones around the world.

So every year the Royal British Legion holds an adventure week to help kids relax and this year boy band Union J dropped by to enjoy the action.

The band are launching this year's poppy appeal for the Royal British Legion, a charity which helps people in the military and their families.

So Martin went to meet them and to find out why they're getting involved.
