Chicken chase on China motorway

More than 2,000 chickens in China were left running around a motorway when the lorry carrying them overturned.

The birds made a bid for freedom from their cages and ran around all over the road, through the bushes and into the hills beyond.

Traffic police and the truck driver had quite a job trying to collect them all up again.

No one was hurt in the accident.
