Ricky meets Rufus the hawk at Wimbledon

From cutting the grass to serving strawberries and cream, it's a big job to keep Wimbledon running smoothly everyday with almost 40 thousand visitors.

But one of the most important jobs isn't done by a human but Rufus the hawk.

His role is to stop pigeons from interrupting matches on the courts.

It means starting work at 5am every morning and flying around the courts to scare away any pigeons.

Ricky has been to meet Rufus and his handler Imogen to find about more about his job.
