Lizzy Yarnold wins second gold of season in Skeleton

Great Britain's Lizzy Yarnold wins her second World Cup race of the season in Germany, beating Anja Huber by 0.71 seconds in Konigssee.

Lizzy has raced in three of the four World Cups so far this season, winning two golds and a silver.
