Nasa records Sun's biggest solar flare of 2015

Nasa has captured footage of a huge solar flare shooting from the surface of the Sun.

The eruption is rated as an X-class flare - that's the strongest Sun storm possible.

Solar flares from the sun can be so powerful that they interfere with radio and television signals here on Earth.
