Inside the children's hospital patrolled by robots

A children's hospital in the United States has employed robot assistants to help run the wards.

The robots roam the corridors of the UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital in San Francisco and can deliver meals and medicines to patients.

They also take away rubbish from the hospital wards.

The hospital has a lot of other high-tech improvements. Interactive art work and touch screen entertainment consoles by each bed keep the patients amused as they recover.

Watch Jenny's report to take a closer look at the futuristic hospital.
