Rescue teams and aid arrive in Nepal

Help and supplies from all over the world have been flying into Nepal in South Asia.

The country was hit by a massive earthquake on Saturday and at least 3,300 people have died and many people have been left homeless.

Nepal is a small country between India and China and is home to Mount Everest, one of the tallest mountains in the world.

It is also a very poor country and many of the houses there were not built to cope with an earthquake of this size.

Aid agencies are using helicopters to get help and supplies to people who live in more remote areas in Nepal, which are difficult to get to.

The priority for rescue agencies is to reach people who are trapped and injured, and provide shelter and protection to those who have lost their homes.
