Amir Khan explains how he trains during Ramadan

British boxer Amir Khan has been explaining to Newsround how he trains during Ramadan.

It's one of the biggest events in the Muslim calendar when lot of Muslims decide not to eat or drink from sunrise to sunset.

For athletes who are training, that can be a huge deal, as they need food and drink to give them energy.
