World Aquatics Championships: North Korean diver makes history

Sixteen-year-old Kim Kuk Hyang bursts into tears as she collects gold for the women's 10m platform at the World Championships in Kazan, Russia.

She made history by becoming North Korea's first ever gold medallist at a the championships.

The North Korean won the competition with an "absolute pearl of a dive" that scored 91.2.

"It gives me great pleasure to meet the expectations of my government and our great leader," Kuk-hyang said.
