World's first hybrid hot air balloon takes flight

The world's first hot air balloon that is mainly powered by the sun, has made it's first flight over Bristol.

It was only completed a week and a half ago, and flew as part of the Bristol Balloon Fiesta.

One side of the balloon is coloured black, to absorb the sun's rays.

When it is pointed towards the sun, the balloon heats up and flies.
