Should we search for alien life?

Even though no proof has yet been found that alien life exists, scientists have designed a way to try and communicate with life in outer space.

It has started a big debate about whether trying to make contact with other life forms is a good idea at all.

Some experts think trying to contact other parts of the galaxy could be dangerous so they will continue to discuss it before deciding what to do next.
