Pluto has blue skies and frozen water on its surface

Nasa's latest pictures of Pluto show that it has blue skies and patches of frozen water on its surface.

The images came from the camera on the New Horizons space probe, which flew by the dwarf planet in July.

It's the first time any image has captured Pluto in such detail.

Scientists say the information will help them look into why frozen water appears on certain areas of Pluto and not others.
